My Mindset is Magical is an interactive affirmation journal designed to help children build a confident inner voice while staying connected to their inner spark - the curious, imaginative part of themselves that dreams big and sees what's possible.

Designed to be inclusive for any child who is ready to explore their inner world - at whatever age or stage that looks like. 

There are 5 colour-coded sections exploring identity, thoughts, feelings, inner wisdom, and becoming. Each page spread pairs a meaningful affirmation with a short reflection and a simple creative activity, encouraging children to slow down, notice their thinking, and explore how their thoughts shape their experiences.

Designed to be revisited as children grow, it creates space for reflection at a pace that feels natural for each child. This journal is not about finishing pages. It’s about strengthening confident thinking and building awareness, one thought at a time.
